Warmup
1 minute Jumping Jacks
Sympathetic Breathing Protocol
10 Plank Shoulder Circles  L , R – 10 Pushups
5 Bretzel L, R – 10 Air Squats
10 Bilateral Arm Circles – Clockwise, Counterclockwise.

Energy System Development

8 minutes up the ladder
Strict Handstand Pushups – 2,4,6,8….
Air Squats – 5,10,15,20….

Note: Workout is performed by doing 2 reps of HSPU then 5 reps of Air Squat, then 4 HSPU and 10 Air Squats, then 6 HSPU and 15 Air Squats, etc, until 8 minutes has expired.

Don’t have Strict HSPU? Perform Hand Release Pushups – 4,8,12,16, etc…
