Yesterday marked the first day of new Steelworks Strength Systems Personal Training client, Evan D. He’s got big goals to join a team in Major League Lacrosse come this Spring.
A thorough assessment of mobility and movement patterns is a large part of every Personal Training client’s program here at Steelworks. We addressed correct breathing patterns, identified upper and lower body asymmetries, analyzed squat technique, and then began testing movement capacity.
